GMS Patient Fees
A number of services are not covered under the GMS contract (medical card) and patients are required to pay directly for these services. Prices are available from our administrative team. These include:
- Medical examinations or reports for legal purposes
- Examinations relating to insurance policies.
- Examinations relating to fitness to drive including eye test.
- Pre-employment examinations
- Some vaccinations (eg vaccines required for employment and chicken pox vaccine)
- Post cosmetic surgery follow up.

We provide all the routine childhood vaccines that are on the immunisation schedule, and these are free to every child. Please see www.immunisation.ie
Antenatal Care
Free to everyone upon completion of an antenatal combined care form. This programme includes five GP visits during the course of your pregnancy and also includes a 2-week check for your baby and 6 weeks check for you and your baby.
